Coalition Membership is intended for projects that wish to collaborate on the renewal of American culture. A maximum of 50 members will receive equity in the Wagon Box, which grants:

  • An allotted, surveyed portion of the property for a cabin
  • The right to plan and host events using the whole property
  • Facilitation of Residencies at the Wagon Box

All members will go through an application and vetting process.

Memberships can be sold at market value to a vetted applicant.

Equity Share for Founding Coalition Members $50,000
1/50th equity in the property. Present minimum market value $3M values this share at $60K
